India appoints career diplomat Madan Lal Raigar as Ambassador to Congo

Madan Lal Raigar (Year of Appointment: 2007), presently Director in the Ministry of External Affairs, has been appointed as the next Ambassador of India to the Republic of Congo. The Ministry of External Affairs of India announced his appointment on September 12, 2023.
