President Droupadi Murmu accepted the credentials of the Ambassadors of Estonia, Ukraine, Burkina Faso and

The ceremony was held at Rashtrapati Bhavan on August 29, 2023.
The Ambassadors presented their credentials to President Murmu in alphabetical order of the countries they represent.

Mrs. Marje Luup, Ambassador of the Republic of Estonia, was the first to present her credentials.

She was followed by Dr. Oleksandr Polishchuk, Ambassador of Ukraine.
Dr. Desire Boniface Some, Ambassador of Burkina Faso, was the third to present his credentials.

Mrs. May-Elin Stener, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Norway, was the last to present her credentials.

After the Ambassadors presented their credentials, President Murmu held separate meetings with each of them. In the meetings, she discussed the bilateral relations between India and their respective countries. She also expressed her hope for further strengthening of these relations.

The ceremony was attended by senior officials from the Ministry of External Affairs and the Indian Foreign Service. It was also attended by the diplomatic community in New Delhi.
