3 IAS officers in UP awarded selection grade

Three IAS officers in Uttar Pradesh have been promoted to the Selection Grade of IAS. The officers are Bhawani Singh Khangarot (2010 batch), Devendra Kumar Pandey, and Sanjay Kumar Singh Yadav (both 2011 batch).
