NASA has issued an alert about a 720-foot asteroid named 2024 ON, which is approaching Earth at 25,000 miles per hour. The asteroid, expected to make its closest approach on September 15, 2024, will pass approximately 620,000 miles from Earth, about 2.6 times the distance to the Moon.
