Five IPS officers have received new assignments in Tamil Nadu. Rajeev Kumar has been appointed as DGP/Chief Vigilance Officer, Tamil Nadu Cooperative Milk Producers Federation Ltd. K Vannia Perumal takes over as DGP, Railways, Chennai, while Mrs. S Mallikha is now IGP/Director (Investigation), State Human Rights Commission. Abhishek Dixit has been promoted to IGP and assigned as IGP, Traffic & Road Safety, O/o DGP (HoPFF). A Muthtamil will assume the role of SP, Civil Supplies CID.
