Harinath Mishra appointed secretary (Security), Cabinet Secretariat

Harinath Mishra, a 1990 batch IPS officer of the Kerala cadre and currently serving as Special Director, Intelligence Bureau, has been appointed as Secretary (Security) in the Cabinet Secretariat. He will succeed Swagat Das, who is set to retire on November 30.
