Rajesh Kumar, a 1993 batch officer of the Indian Civil Accounts Service (ICAS), has been promoted to the grade of Principal Chief Controller of Accounts (Pr CCA) in the Higher Administrative Grade (HAG). Following his promotion, he has been posted as the Director General of the Institute of Government Accounts and Finance (INGAF), New Delhi.
