Punjab has posted three IPS officers to new roles. Ravjot Grewal is now AIG, Counter Intelligence, SAS Nagar; Ashwini Goyal becomes AIG, ANTF, SAS Nagar; and Vatsala Gupta takes charge as Commandant, 27th Battalion, Jalandhar, along with AIG, ANTF, Ludhiana.
