The Chief Minister’s Universal Higher Education Scholarship Scheme, managed by the Social Justice and Empowerment Department, refunds 50% of the non-refundable fees collected by educational institutions. It is available to eligible Rajasthan students pursuing post-matric education, promoting access to higher education and easing the financial burden on economically weaker students.
