Binod Kumar Agrawal, an officer of the 2002 batch from the Indian Civil Accounts Service (ICAS), has been appointed as the Chief Controller of Accounts for the Ministry of Labour & Employment and the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship. Based in New Delhi, Agrawal is expected to bring his extensive financial management experience to strengthen the fiscal operations of these crucial ministries.
