Shimla: The Himachal Pradesh Government has approved fresh assignments for five IPS officers. Ms. Rani Bindu has been posted as IGP (Crime), Shimla, while Dr. D.K. Chaudary takes over as Principal, Police Training College, Daroh, Kangra. Ms. Soumya Sambasivan has assumed charge as DIGP (Northern Range), Dharamshala, while Rahul Nath has been appointed as DIGP (Central Range), Mandi. Additionally, Arvind Chaudhary has been shifted as SP (Leave Reserve), PHQ, Shimla. These reshuffles aim to streamline policing and improve administrative efficiency in the state.
