In a significant administrative development, five senior IAS officers have been given fresh responsibilities in Bihar. Dr. S. Siddhartha has been designated as the new Development Commissioner, while Mrs. Harjot Kaur Bamhara will take over as Chairperson-cum-Member of the Revenue Board. Arvind Chaudhary, ACS, Home, has additionally been entrusted with the role of ACS, Cabinet Secretariat. Meanwhile, Dr. B. Rajender, ACS, GAD, has been given additional charge of ACS, Education, and Anand Kishore, Chairman of the School Examination Committee, will also oversee the role of Principal Secretary, Environment, Forest & Climate Change.
