The Bihar government has reshuffled postings of five IPS officers, marking a key change in the law enforcement landscape. Pushkar Anand takes charge as Commandant, Bihar Special Armed Police-09, Jamalpur, while Aditya Kumar joins as SP, ANTF, Prohibition and State Narcotics Control Bureau, Patna. Dr Enamul Haq Menganu has been made SP, Rail, Patna, and Amritendu Shekhar Thakur will now serve as SP, Central Selection Board of Constable, Patna. Meanwhile, Manish Kumar has been transferred as SP, Arwal, signalling a strategic reallocation of responsibilities.
