The Government of India has approved the promotion of two Non-State Civil Service (Non-SCS) officers from Bihar to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS).
Neelima Sahu and Niharika Chhabi have been inducted into the IAS against the Select List of 2024 and allocated to the Bihar cadre.
This promotion marks an important milestone in their administrative careers, reflecting their contributions to the state’s governance.
