In a recent administrative move, several IRS (Customs & Indirect Taxes) officers have been temporarily attached to different Zones and Directorates across the country. As per the order, Charan Preet Singh Bakshi, Chief Commissioner, has been attached to DG Audit. Arvind Saran, Commissioner, has been posted to Panchkula (Appeals) GST & CX.
Jainendra Singh Kandhari, Commissioner, will now serve with DGARM, Delhi, while Pattapu Satish, Additional Commissioner, has been attached to the Hyderabad GST & CX Zone. T. Prabakar, Additional Commissioner, will be joining DG Systems & Data Management, Chennai, and Devendra Singh Tolia, Deputy Commissioner, has been attached to the Ahmedabad GST & CX Zone.
This reshuffling aims to improve operational efficiency and strengthen departmental functioning across major GST and Customs establishments.
