Senior IAS officer Sanjeev Khirwar has been appointed as the new Commissioner of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi. A 1994-batch officer of the AGMUT cadre, Khirwar is expected to bring extensive administrative experience to one of the country’s largest urban civic bodies.
