The Odisha government has promoted four senior IAS officers to the rank of Additional Chief Secretary (ACS). The officers elevated to the higher administrative grade are Saswata Mishra, Vishal Kumar Dev, and Usha Padhee. The promotions aim to strengthen senior-level administration and governance in the state.
