Retired judge of the Madhya Pradesh High Court, Justice Prem Narayan Singh, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Madhya Pradesh Arbitration Tribunal.
According to the official order, he will hold the position for a tenure of five years. The appointment aims to strengthen the functioning of the tribunal, which handles arbitration matters involving government departments and public sector undertakings in the state.
Justice Singh brings extensive judicial experience to the role following his tenure at the Madhya Pradesh High Court.
