Kapil Meena has been appointed as Managing Director of the National Horticulture Board (NHB) under the Department of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare. He will serve a combined tenure of five years, extending till January 17, 2027. Meena is a 2010-batch IAS officer of the Sikkim cadre.
