New Delhi, August 3, 2026: Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR), India’s premier multimodal logistics and container transport company, has officially welcomed Ajit Kumar Panda as its new Chairman and Managing Director (CMD) with effect from August 1, 2026.
A distinguished Indian Railway Service of Mechanical Engineers (IRSME) officer, Panda takes over the leadership after serving as Director (Projects & Services) at CONCOR, where he played a key role in advancing strategic infrastructure initiatives and operational development.
Soon after assuming office, the new CMD chaired a comprehensive review meeting with the company’s senior leadership team, including Regional Heads, to assess ongoing projects, discuss future priorities, and outline a roadmap for accelerated growth.
