The Ministry of Railways has officially approved the renaming of Aurangabad Railway Station under the Nanded division to ‘Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Railway Station’.
According to the notification, the station code has also been updated to CPSN.
This change aligns with the government’s initiative to restore names reflecting the state’s historical and cultural heritage.
