Gopinath Kaiwara Venkateshappa appointed Director in Ministry of Tourism

Gopinath Kaiwara Venkateshappa, a 2008 batch Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer, has been appointed as the Director in the Ministry of Tourism.
