A US federal judge has dismissed Dr Vito Perrone’s lawsuit after his $151,000 superintendent job offer was rescinded by a Massachusetts school board. Perrone’s use of the word “ladies” in an email, combined with contract requests for 70 days’ paid leave, led to the withdrawal. The court ruled there was no enforceable agreement.
