Former Karnataka DGP Om Prakash was allegedly murdered by his wife, Pallavi, at their Bengaluru residence. Pallavi is accused of attacking him with chilli powder and a knife following a heated argument. Their daughter, Kriti, is also being questioned. Police are investigating long-standing family tensions, including a property dispute and Pallavi’s mental health, as potential motives.
