One Big Beautiful Bill: A bold reset or another layer of complexity?

The reforms include simplified student loan repayment plans, new limits for part-time students, and funding to cover a $10.5 billion Pell Grant shortfall. Additional provisions include the launch of the Workforce Pell Grant programme and new accountability measures for institutions, with phased changes set to continue into the following year.
