The Uttar Pradesh government has implemented a key bureaucratic reshuffle, transferring 14 IAS officers to new responsibilities. Deepak Kumar has been entrusted with additional duties as the Agriculture Production Commissioner. Mangla Prasad Singh has been named District Magistrate of Ballia, while Pravin Kumar Lakshakar steps in as Joint MD, UP Jal Nigam (Urban). In other district-level appointments, Santosh Kumar Sharma and Anunay Jha have been posted as DMs of Maharajganj and Hardoi respectively.
The reshuffle also includes strategic placements in urban development and administration—Jayendra Kumar is now CEO of Ayodhya Teerth Vikas Parishad and Municipal Commissioner of Ayodhya, while Mrs Mrinali Avinash Joshi has been posted as Chief Development Officer, Siddharthanagar. Gyanendra Singh will now serve as DM, Pilibhit and Mrs Apoorva Dubey as Director, SUDA. Key departmental roles have been assigned to Ravindra Kumar-I, Kuldeep Meena, Mrs Nisha, Sanjay Kumar Singh, and Mrs Prerana Sharma, enhancing governance across agriculture, urban planning, and cultural affairs.
