14 IPS officers receive new postings in Delhi

The Delhi government has announced a significant reshuffle involving 14 senior IPS officers across key divisions of the Delhi Police.

As per the new transfer order, Robin Hibu has been appointed as Special Commissioner of Police (CP), Human Resource Division, while Rajesh Khurana takes over as Special CP, Provision & Finance Division. Neeraj Thakur has been designated as Special CP, Traffic Division.

In other postings, Devesh Chandra Srivastava will serve as Special CP, Crime with additional responsibility for Perception Management & Media Cell. David Lalrinsanga becomes Special CP, Operations (PCR & Communication) and will also handle SPUNER. Anil Shukla is now Special CP, Special Cell with an additional charge of Tech & PI Division.

Furthermore, Manish Kumar Agarwal has been named Special CP, Intelligence Division with the Public Transport Safety Division under his purview, while Ajay Chaudhry will act as Special CP, Vigilance Division and oversee SPUWAC. Atul Katiyar assumes the role of Special CP, Welfare Division with additional charge of Licensing & Legal Division.

K. Jegadesan has been assigned Special CP, Protective Security Division along with duties as Managing Director, DPHCL. Vijay Kumar will serve as Joint CP, CP Secretariat-cum-OSD to CP Delhi. Rajiv Ranjan Singh takes over as Additional CP, Eastern Range; Rohit Rajbir Singh has been appointed DCP, CP Secretariat (Crime); and Vikram K. Porwal will now serve as DCP, CP Secretariat (Admn).

This large-scale reshuffle aims to enhance operational efficiency and leadership alignment within Delhi Police.
