Subramanian from Tamil Nadu, Dr. Rakesh Sarwal from Tripura, Gopal Krishna Dwivedi and M. Prashanti from Andhra Pradesh, Ashutosh Kumar Verma from Bihar, A.B. Rathod from Gujarat, T.V.S. Prasad from Haryana, Devinder Kumar Rattan from Himachal Pradesh, Lalbiaktlunga Khiangte from Jharkhand, Pankaj Rag and Amar Pal Singh from Madhya Pradesh, Vijay Kumar Yadav from Uttarakhand, and Santanu Saha from West Bengal.
