Prasad from Haryana, Devinder Kumar Rattan from Himachal Pradesh, Lalbiaktlunga Khiangte from Jharkhand, Pankaj Rag and Amar Pal Singh from Madhya Pradesh, Vijay Kumar Yadav from Uttarakhand, and Santanu Saha from West Bengal.
