In a major administrative reshuffle, 23 senior IPS officers have been transferred and assigned new roles in Telangana. Ravi Gupta has been appointed as Executive Vice-Chairman & Director General, Centre for Good Governance (CGG), Hyderabad, while C V Anand will now serve as Special Chief Secretary, Home Department. Ms. Shikha Goel has been named Director General, Vigilance & Enforcement and also holds additional charge of Director, TG Cyber Security Bureau. Other key postings include Ms. Swati Lakra as DG, Special Protection Force; Mahesh Muralidhar Bhagwat as ADGP, Personnel; Ms. Charu Sinha as DG, Anti-Corruption Bureau; Dr. Anil Kumar as ADGP, Greyhounds & Octopus; V C Sajjanar as Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad; Vijay Kumar as ADGP, Intelligence; and several others in senior law enforcement roles. This reshuffle is aimed at strengthening governance, policing, and administrative efficiency across Telangana.
