Food safety inspections in Secunderabad revealed alarming hygiene violations at several restaurants. Golden Dragon Restaurant was found storing expired chicken and unlabelled noodles, while Sarvi Restaurant and Bakery had unlabelled biscuits and rusted cake containers. Chillies Restaurant had a cockroach infestation and uncovered food. These discoveries raise serious concerns about food safety practices in the city.
