In a major cadre-level reshuffle, 35 Senior Time Scale (STS) officers of the Central Labour Services (CLS) have been promoted to the Junior Administrative Grade (JAG). Following their promotions, all officers have received new postings across various zonal and regional offices of the Ministry of Labour & Employment.

Notable transfers include Vishal K Khare to Dy. CLC (C), Kanpur; Rakesh Gaur to WC (C), Dehradun; and Sachin Kumar to Dy. CLC (C), Patna. Other officers such as Ratan Lal Saha have been moved to WC (C), Ahmedabad, and Naveen Vaidya to WC (C), Jabalpur.

The reshuffle also brings changes to several central and defence-linked units. For instance, Rahul Tyagi is now posted at LWC (C), DRDO HQ, New Delhi; Ashok Perumulla at LWC (C), GTRE, DRDO, Bangalore; and R K Meeha at LWC (C), Army HQ, New Delhi. The list includes key postings in metro cities and strategic departments, indicating a nationwide redeployment to enhance labour governance and enforcement.

These appointments are expected to streamline administrative functions and strengthen labour law implementation across industries and institutions in India.
