Justice Manmohan, the Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court, has been appointed as a Judge of the Supreme Court of India. Following his elevation, Justice Vibhu Bakhru, currently serving as a Judge in the Delhi High Court, has been appointed as the Acting Chief Justice of the High Court.
