Ten officers from the State Civil Service (SCS) of Jharkhand have been elevated to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) under the Select List of 2023 and assigned to the Jharkhand Cadre. The newly promoted IAS officers are Sudhir Bara, Anil Kumar Tirkey, Shail Prava Kujur, Neelam Lata, Sandip Kumar, Pasupati Nath Mishra, and Raj Kumar Gupta.
