Two officers of the Indian Civil Accounts Service (ICAS), who were serving as Senior Accounts Officers, have been promoted to the post of Assistant Controller of Accounts (ACA) and assigned fresh responsibilities. Following their promotion, Ashok Kumar has been posted to the Ministry of Home Affairs in New Delhi, while Madan Lal has been appointed to the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, New Delhi. The appointments are part of the government’s ongoing efforts to strengthen financial administration across key ministries.
