In another significant posting, Vikas Pansare (SCS:2014) has taken charge as Director of Tourism, Mumbai. Before this appointment, he was serving as Managing Director of MSSIDC.

The latest transfers form part of the state’s routine administrative restructuring aimed at placing experienced officers in key departments to strengthen governance, improve policy execution, and support sectoral development.
