A. Jayathilak appointed Kerala’s Chief Secretary

A. Jayathilak, a senior IAS officer from the 1991 batch of the Kerala cadre, has taken charge as the new Chief Secretary of Kerala. His appointment brings a seasoned hand to the state’s top bureaucratic position.
