Amrit Mohan Prasad, the Director-General of Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), has been assigned the additional responsibility of heading the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS). This change follows the retirement of the previous BCAS DG, Zulfiquar Hasan, who stepped down on October 31.
