The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the appointment of Shri Anshuman Sharma, IRS (IT:2005) as Joint Secretary in the National Testing Agency (NTA) under the Department of Higher Education.
He will serve in the post for a period of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
For this appointment, a vacant post of Deputy Secretary/Director in the NTA will be temporarily upgraded to the level of Joint Secretary for an initial period of two years.
