Arunish Chawla, a 1992 batch IAS officer of the Bihar cadre, has been appointed as Secretary of the Department of Investment and Public Asset Management (DIPAM). His dual roles will involve steering India’s disinvestment program and enhancing the efficiency of public sector enterprises.
