Ashutosh Agnihotri has been appointed as Chairman and Managing Director of the Food Corporation of India (FCI) in the rank and pay of Additional Secretary to the Government of India. Agnihotri is a 1999 batch IAS officer of the Assam-Meghalaya cadre.
