Avadhesh Kumar, currently serving as Chief Personnel Officer (CPO) at North Eastern Railway (NER), has been given the additional charge of Chairman, Railway Recruitment Board (RRB), Gorakhpur. He is an officer of the Indian Railway Personnel Service (IRPS).
