Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Defence PSU, has signed a contract worth Rs. 593.22 crore (excluding taxes) with the Indian Air Force for the maintenance of the Akash Missile System, previously supplied by BEL.
With this order, BEL has commenced the financial year 2025-26 with significant acquisitions. Additionally, the company has completed negotiations for orders worth Rs. 5,000 crore, further strengthening its business prospects.
