In a fresh administrative reshuffle in Bihar, four IAS officers have been given new postings. Robert L Chongthu has been appointed as Principal Secretary, Minority Welfare, while Gopal Meena takes charge as Secretary to the Governor. Mohd Sohel has been posted as Secretary, General Administration Department, and Shailendra Kumar has been named the new District Collector of Lakhisarai. The reshuffle is expected to strengthen governance and administrative efficiency across the state.
