In a significant reshuffle of senior bureaucrats, five IAS officers in Bihar have been designated as Commissioners of prominent divisions. Dr. Chandrashekhar Singh will now lead the Patna division, Rajiv Roshan moves to Saran, Kaushal Kishore takes charge of Darbhanga, Avnish Kumar Singh is posted to Munger, and Rajkumar has been assigned to head the Tirhut division.
