Sumeet Singh, belonging to the 2008 batch of the Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS), has been appointed as Director in the Capacity Building Commission under the Department of Personnel & Training. He will serve for a period of five years, contributing to the government’s agenda of upskilling and capacity enhancement.
