The Central Government has promoted 11 officers of the Central Secretariat Service (CSS) to the Senior Selection Grade (Director) by including them in the Senior Selection Grade Select List (SSGSL). The officers elevated to the Director level are Manoj Kumar Rai (Defence), Vinita Talwar (Telecommunications), Bhuvaneswari Hariharan (Water Resources, River Development & Ganga Rejuvenation), Arun Kumar (Coal), Manish Kumar Lal (on deputation), Rajendra Singh Bora (Culture), Parveen Jargar (Personnel & Training), V. Sridhar (Defence), T.G.K. Jagannadham (Commerce), Shailesh Gautam (UPSC), and Ambuj Sharma (Civil Aviation). The promotions are expected to strengthen administrative leadership across several key ministries and departments.
