Engineers India Limited (EIL) has entered into a significant Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Aramco Asia India Pvt. Ltd. (AAI) to explore long-term business cooperation and assess the viability of establishing an EIL branch office to support its expanding service portfolio. The agreement marks a step toward enhanced collaboration between the two organisations, focusing on commercial potential and future joint opportunities.

The MoU was formally signed by Atul Gupta, Director (Commercial), EIL, and Jamal Al Enazy, Director, Aramco Asia Procurement & Supply Chain Management. The ceremony was graced by Ms. Vartika Shukla, C&MD, EIL, Khalid Al Hajri, Vice President, Saudi Aramco Procurement Department, and Abdulrahman Y. Althukair, Managing Director, AAI.

EIL, a premier engineering consultancy under the Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Gas, delivers end-to-end solutions across sectors including oil & gas, petrochemicals, refining, metals, infrastructure, and renewable energy. Aramco Asia India Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of the world’s leading integrated energy company—Saudi Aramco—serves as a strategic link between global operations and India’s evolving energy ecosystem. AAI facilitates procurement, project coordination, and support services related to crude oil, petroleum products, and other energy streams.

This partnership is expected to unlock new avenues for business development and strengthen bilateral energy cooperation.
