Eleven High Court Judges transferred across India

In a major judicial reshuffle, the Supreme Court of India has ordered the transfer of eleven High Court judges to different states.
As part of the transfer list:

  • Justice J. Nisha Banu has been transferred to the Kerala High Court.
  • Justice Subhendu Samanta, Justice Donadi Ramesh, and Justice Cheekati Manavendranath Roy have been transferred to the Andhra Pradesh High Court.
  • Justice Sanjay Kumar Singh will now serve at the Patna High Court.
  • Justice Sandeep Natvarlal Bhatt has been posted to the Madhya Pradesh High Court.
  • Justice Dinesh Mehta, Ms. Justice Chandrasekharan Sudha, and Justice Avneesh Jhingan have been transferred to the Delhi High Court.
  • Justice Arun Monga has been shifted to the Rajasthan High Court, while Ms. Justice Tara Vitasta Ganju joins the Karnataka High Court.

These transfers, approved by the Supreme Court Collegium, aim to strengthen judicial functioning and ensure balanced deployment of judges across the country’s High Courts.
