Five IAS officers assigned new key roles in Karnataka

The Government of Karnataka has issued new postings for five IAS officers, marking an administrative reshuffle across crucial departments.
Nitesh Patil has been appointed as the Regional Commissioner, Mysuru Division, relieving Venkat Raja of additional charge. Randeep D takes over as Secretary, Social Welfare Department, replacing Major Manivannan P.
Meanwhile, M. S. Diwakar has been assigned as Director, Karnataka State Natural Disaster Monitoring Centre, with additional charge of Director, Atal Jan Snehi Kendra, Bengaluru. Ramachandra R assumes charge as Executive Director, Suvarna Arogya Suraksha Trust, Bengaluru, and Dr. Satish B. C has been posted as Director, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) under the Department of Commerce and Industry.
These changes are part of the state’s broader move to streamline administrative efficiency and departmental leadership.
