Narmadeshwar Lal has been appointed as Principal Secretary, Sugarcane Industry Department, while continuing as Inquiry Commissioner, GAD.
B Kartikeya Dhanji takes charge as Secretary, Minor Water Resources Department, and retains his role as Inquiry Commissioner, GAD, along with an additional charge of Secretary, Industries Department.
Mrs. Tshering Y Bhutia and Yashpal Meena have both been posted as Additional Secretaries, Health Department.
Rajnish Kumar Singh becomes Registrar, Cooperative Societies, while also continuing as Additional Director, Bihar Vikas Mission.
Meanwhile, Anshul Agrawal has been transferred as Inspector General of Registration-cum-Excise Commissioner, Prohibition, Excise & Registration Department.
These administrative reshuffles are aimed at strengthening governance and ensuring smoother execution of developmental policies across Bihar.
